Will Aid solicitor returns from “amazing” trip to HaitiWill Aid solicitor returns from “amazing” trip to Haiti

Naomi Pinder, Head of Wills and Probate at Quality Solicitors Jackson & Canter in Liverpool, has just returned from a fact finding mission to Haiti organised by Christian Aid.

Naomi is passionate about the work of Christian Aid and has been involved with the charity for as long as she can remember. Naomi  is the Christian Aid Week organiser for Woolton, Gateacre and Netherley. It was through her support of Christian Aid that she became involved in her professional capacity as a solicitor with Will Aid.

Naomi described her trip as "amazing" and says:

“Since I first became involved with Will Aid, I have thought it a great way to use my skills to help Christian Aid. Now I can attest that the money raised through Will Aid will work to improve the lives of our brothers and sisters in Haiti. The situation is one of desperate poverty and instability exacerbated by the devastating earthquake in 2010. Christian Aid works with local partners to alleviate poverty and improve the lives of people. There is fantastic positive work happening in connection with housing, education, nutrition, health, infrastructure, human rights and the future can be positive.”

Over the coming months, we hope to be able to share more information about the trip and Naomi’s experiences in Haiti.
